This Refund Policy forms part of the agreement between Visible Web and the Client. It outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services provided by our digital marketing agency.

Refund Eligibility for Website Development & Digital Marketing Services

Visible Web provides customized services including website development, software development, SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, branding, and other digital marketing solutions.

Once work has commenced on any project, payments are considered non-refundable. Payment made by the Client is treated as project activation, planning, consultation, research, and initial setup.

Because our services are customized and resource-based, refunds will not be issued once work has started.

Refund for Unused Services

• If no work has started, the Client may request a full refund.
• If work has partially commenced, no refund will be issued for the completed portion.
• Any refund decision will be evaluated at our sole discretion.

Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing services involve ongoing strategies and are influenced by external factors such as:

• Search engine algorithm updates
• Market competition
• Industry changes
• Advertising platform policies

Visible Web does not guarantee specific results, including keyword rankings, traffic growth, leads, or conversions.

No refunds will be issued based on performance outcomes or unmet expectations.

If the Client requests cancellation of digital marketing services:

• The Client will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any unused prepaid portion (if applicable and eligible) may be reviewed for partial refund.
• No refund will be issued for strategy, setup, campaign creation, or already executed work.

Cancellation of Services

• The Client will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Remaining balances for rendered services will not be refunded.
• Any outstanding dues must be cleared before project files or deliverables are transferred.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior written communication is considered a breach of contract.

Visible Web reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend all services
• Terminate the agreement
• Recover unpaid amounts
• Pursue legal action to recover damages, administrative fees, and recovery expenses

Refund Request Process

• The Client must submit a written request within 7 days of payment.
• Requests must be sent via email to: info@visible-web.com

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. Refund approval is subject to review and verification.

Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed (such as website development, SEO tasks, ad campaign setup, design drafts, or strategy work), a partial refund may be considered.

The refundable amount will be calculated based on:

• Time invested
• Resources utilized
• Work completed

All determinations are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Visible Web.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Visible Web does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, including but not limited to:

• First-page rankings
• Increased traffic
• Lead generation numbers
• Sales conversions

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with performance results when services have been delivered as agreed.

Disputes & Complaints

If a Client is dissatisfied with any service, they must notify Visible Web within 30 days.

While refunds are not generally issued after work has commenced, we are committed to resolving disputes amicably and will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns.

No Refunds for Violation of Terms

• Violates the agreement
• Fails to provide required materials or access
• Delays the project due to non-cooperation
• Breaches payment terms
